I still configuring amarok in my home system. Apart from the look n feel yet I could not amarok as it had before, because now I find another script that gives problems trying to run it.

Actually there are two scripts, and Web Weekalarm Control. Webs can be in the control room of my house and from my laptop via Web can choose to listen to music from the desktop system .- as I'd like my phone had wifi ;-(

The truth is much more important weekalarm functionally speaking, that googlyrics.
As its name indicates week schedules can set the alarm for amarok automatically sounds an alarm every day. And speaking of alarms do not talk about any noise that wakes me up bad, if not harmonious, melodic and pleasant rockon my collection of music from any playlist that is happening.

Let us see the error in Amarok 1.4.9.1;

PyQt (Qt bindings for Python) is required for this script.

Giving ok in error, we display the following details;

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/ usr / share / apps / amarok / scripts / webcontrol / WebControl.py", line 43, in
from qt import *
ImportError: No module named qt

This script in particular need the python-qt3 libraries. Depending on your version of the libraries of qt Qt4 can be in any case I use Debian Lenny yet install the libraries by typing;

  [root @ deathbian ~] # aptitude install python-qt3 python-pycurl

And for Ubuntu Hardy, Gutsy etc, keyboards;

  fher98 @ betuntu: ~ $ sudo apt-get install python-qt3 python-pycurl

That's it, now my system automatically turns on at 5 a.m., and a few minutes after the ringing starts rockon!
