Download Ubuntu Linux 8.10 RC (BETA) Intrepid Ibex

Ubuntu Linux 8.10 Release Candidate beta version has been released and is available for download from the mirrors.
The latest stable version will be launched on October 30, 2008.
However, if you want to test the latest version can be downloaded Intrepid Ibex RC beta.

Upgrading from Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10 beta

To upgrade from Ubuntu 8.04, press Alt + F2 and wrote update-manager-d (without the quotes) in the command box. The Update Manager should open and show:

Click Update and follow the instructions on the screen.
